What is IKEA Returns policy for a Custom Stone Worktop?
If you wish to cancel your order of a custom stone worktop, it is best to do so before fabrication begins to avoid any non-refundable fees.
If you choose to cancel the service before template you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the Installation after template the template fee will not be refunded.
Once fabrication begins, you will be able to call: 01733520006 to speak with our Kitchen team who will reach out to the Fabricator.
