Why can't I buy a product online that says it’s in stock in the store?

Guidance on why some products appear to have availability in store but cannot be ordered online.

If a product seems to be available in your local store but you cannot order it, the store's stock is most likely low, and the remaining items are predicted to be sold out by the time they would be able to be picked for online purchases.

Please check the product page to see the stock status or visit us in store.

You can also find additional information on how the stock information works and how to set up notifications for when the product is back in stock on the Stock Availability page on the IKEA website.
