Can I change my planning appointment date or time?

Yes, you can reschedule your planning appointment by using the 'Change your Booking' link provided in your confirmation email.

We understand that plans can change, so we make it easy for you to reschedule your planning appointment whenever you need to.
You can change your planning appointment date or time through the planning appointment confirmation email.
At the bottom, under the 'Change your booking' section, there is a link that guides you to the 'Track and manage your order' page on the website. Here you will be able to reschedule your planning appointment just like any other order.
If you are unable to amend your booking and need further support, please contact IKEA Customer Service.
