Can I order online and collect from a store?
We have introduced a Click & Collect service in all our stores and order and collection points.
To use this service, simply select the ‘Collect from IKEA store’ option in checkout.
Are your prices online the same as in store?
All our prices are the same across the UK, both in our stores and online. Occasionally, local promotions may mean some prices can differ.
Can I change or cancel an order I placed online?
You can simply manage, track and cancel the order you placed online here. You just need your order number and email address. However, once the order begins to progress in our system we may not be able to amend your order as requested. In this case, please contact us.
Cancelling before delivery
If you have not yet received your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and depending on the status of the order we may be able to cancel your order for you.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse approximately two days before the delivery date. After this time, you will need to refuse the delivery. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Cancelling after delivery
If you have had your delivery, you can return your items within 365 days to any IKEA store or collection point in the UK, or via Collect Plus for smaller items. Alternatively, you can arrange a collection of cancelled online orders by contacting us within 14 days of your delivery.

Where does IKEA Shop Online deliver to?
At the moment we deliver to mainland UK, the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. Some outlying areas are not covered by our delivery network. If you want to take your order abroad we are happy to deliver to your shipping agent for onward transfer. Please ensure this is pre-arranged with the shipping agent.
