Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

Due to the country-wide lockdown in England, we will close our England stores from Thursday 5th November. However, we want to reassure you that we are still there to support you with those ever-changing needs at home through our contactless Click and collect and online home delivery services.

If you need additional help and support with your purchase, you can make use of our free online planning services.

Just as it has been since the start of the Coronavirus outbreak, our number one priority continues to be the safety of our co-workers and customers. That’s why our extensive safety measures will be in operation across all of our services.

For now, our stores in Scotland and Northern Ireland will remain open, in-line with local regulations. Our Cardiff store has also reopened following the end of the Welsh Government’s fire break lockdown.

Hej All,

In these continuing extraordinary times with more of us spending more time inside – whether that’s to work, live or play – life at home has never been more important.
While some of our stores might be closed right now, we are still there to support you with all your home furnishing needs through our online shop, contactless Click and collect and range of delivery services. Our in-home installation services will remain available, and we’re also continuing to offer free online planning services to help you plan your bedrooms and kitchens.
We are anticipating higher demand over the coming days and weeks, so I ask that you please bear with us if it takes a little longer to receive your delivery or reach our Customer Care team.

Our stores in Scotland and Northern Ireland will remain open, in-line with local regulations. Our Cardiff store has now reopened following the Welsh Government’s fire break lockdown. You can find up-to-date opening information about your local IKEA store here.

Just as it has been since the start of the Coronavirus outbreak, our number one priority continues to be the safety of our co-workers and customers. That’s why wherever our stores are open, our extensive safety measures – including protective screens, extra cleaning, hand sanitizing stations throughout the store, cashless payment only, and additional queuing systems – will remain in place. We also ask you to continue to help keep each other safe by wearing a mask, coming ready prepared with your shopping lists, and following the guidelines in place in our stores.

Stay safe, stay well, and thank you for choosing IKEA.

Best wishes,
Peter
