Can I order spare parts?
You can order spare parts for free from our website.
It is important to increase the service life our our products and spare parts play a key role in this. You can easily order new screws or hinges that should be replaced through our website, for free. More information on how to order spare parts, see the page Ordering spare parts. You can also ask for spare parts in our store at the Return and exchange service point. Spare part number is 6-digit number, and it can be found on the assembly instructions.
If you need bigger spare parts, like table top or sofa seat cushion, please contact our Customer service.
Are you a IKEA Family member? If you identified yourself as an IKEA Family member when shopping in store or online, ordering spare parts is even easier for you. Just log in to your IKEA Family account and open Purchase History. Select the completed purchase and from the right side bar that opens, you can order spare parts for yourself by selecting Order Spare parts.
