Why don't all your products have a warranty?

The warranty is a voluntary additional benefit granted by the seller, and we guarantee a very wide part of our selection. All products we sell are liable for defects.

The duration of liability for defects is determined by the expected service life of the product.

A complaint concerning our product is therefore handled either under warranty or liability for defects, depending on the product. We solve challenges together with the customer on a case-by-case basis.
