How can I file a claim of faulty product?
We will help you with faulty product in store and online.
You are able to exchange the faulty product in store at the Return and Exchange service. If you want to exchange the product to a new one, please check first that there is availability for the product in store you are going to visit from the Product page. You are able to exchange the product in store even if you ordered it online or bought it from different IKEA store.
If you are not able to come visit our store to exchange the product to a new one, our customer service will help you to get new one. Please see the instructions on how to file a claim on page Claims. Fastest way to get in touch with out customer service is by reaching out to us using our chat (yellow icon on the bottom right of the screen)!
