How can I exchange faulty product?
You can either visit our Exchange and Return service in store or contact our customer service.
Please take your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation or waybill) with you to the store or present it's information to our customer service representative when contacting customer service online. This will fasten the process.
If you are filing a claim for damaged delivery/product, please provide us pictures and the product information according to instructions found here: How to photograph a faulty product.
