How do I pay for the assembly or installation service?
The assembly service is paid for via our website and the installation service is invoiced to the customer by the installer.
Furniture assembly can be ordered directly from our website when you add the product to your shopping basket, if the service is available in your area. If the furniture is already in your home, you can order the assembly service via the purchase history in your IKEA Family profile or via our customer service. You can select the first one, if you have placed the purchase as an identified IKEA Family member. The payment is made via our website.
The installation service for a kitchen or bathroom will be invoiced to the customer by the installer.
