Do you offer spare parts?
It's important for us to be able to offer spare parts for our products, whether they're lost or damaged during use.
We aim to help extend the lifespan of our products, so we carry spare parts for nearly all current items in our range. Even if it's an older IKEA product, it's worth checking for spare part availability. If you identified as an IKEA Family member when making a purchase that requires a spare part, you can order the spare part directly by logging into your profile and selecting the relevant purchase from your Purchase History.
Small spare parts include those with a 6-digit spare part number visible in the product assembly instructions. Through our website's spare parts service, you can order IKEA spare parts directly to your home – free of charge: Spare Parts Ordering. You are also able to ask spare parts from our customer service points in our stores.
Larger spare parts include items such as furniture back panels, sofa cushions, and dresser tops. Our customer service will gladly check the availability and price of such parts for you.
Appliance spare parts encompass all parts that come with the appliances themselves. These can be ordered through the appliance manufacturer.
