Why discount code doesn't work in the shopping bag?
Make sure the code is still valid, because they are always valid for limited time. If the code is related to an IKEA Family membership offer, make sure you are logged in to your account.
It is also good to check the conditions for the code. If it is a paper coupon, the conditions are on it. If the code is taken from our website, you can find the relevant information there as well. IKEA Family discount codes are sent to the email you provided in the news and thank you letters if you have accepted email marketing.
Please note that campaign/discount codes cannot be combined. The code is entered on the first page of the shopping cart in the Apply discount code section.
