Can I exchange or return a product?
It's okay if you change your mind. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied after your purchase or change your mind, you can take advantage of our generous 365-day return policy.
You have 365 days from the date of purchase to return your IKEA product to your local IKEA store in new and unused condition, along with the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Regardless of whether you have used Shop & Go for your purchase or not, you still have the option of exchanging or returning products to our customer service.
