Can I return my product?
It’s okay to change your mind: If you’re not satisfied after your IKEA purchase, you can return your product within 365 days. If you present your proof of purchase, we’ll refund the full purchase price.
The 365-day return policy applies to products purchased from IKEA Germany – in stores or online.
The product can be new and packaged or opened and assembled – the main thing is that the product is unused, undamaged, and not dirty. The original packaging is not required. Cut-to-size goods, green plants, and Second Chance Market items are excluded from the return policy.
Bring your product and proof of purchase to the nearest IKEA store. Feel free to make an appointment directly .
