Can I return a product at an IKEA store?
If you made your purchase at IKEA Germany – either online or in-store – you can return your product at any IKEA store in Germany.
If you want to return a product purchased in Germany at a store, you can do so at any IKEA store in Germany. Just take your product and proof of purchase to the exchange and returns counter near the exit, behind the checkouts.
If you want to save time, feel free to use our Express Return: Open the online form, chose your purchase and select the items you want to return along with the reason for return. You’ll receive a barcode that you can scan in-store within 14 days. The IKEA Express Return is limited to a maximum of 10 items.
