This is how the return by parcel works:
- Melde dich in your IKEA profile.
- Open the "Your Purchases" section.
- Select the order you want to return items from.
- Under "Manage my purchases and orders" you will find the Return Service.
Please note the requirements for a parcel return:
- The package may not exceed 30 kg weigh.
- The maximum package dimensions are 120 cm long, 60 cm high and 60 cm wide.
- Items from different orders cannot be returned together in one package.
- For return by parcel, there is a fee of 2,90 € an.
