Can I return products to IKEA by parcel?
Within the 365-day return period, you can send parcel-sized products back to us.
You can easily prepare your return online yourself:
- Log in to your profile.
- Click on “Your purchases”.
- Choose the relevant purchase.
- Under “Manage my purchases and orders”, you’ll find the return button.
Please note:
- The parcel must not exceed 30 kg and the following dimensions: 120 cm long, 60 cm high and 60 cm wide.
- It’s not possible to return items from different orders together in one parcel.
- The cost for a parcel return is €2.90.
