Can I return products at an IKEA planning studio or pickup point?

You can return products purchased at such locations at any IKEA store in Germany. To avoid waiting times, you can book an appointment in advance. Or you can use our Express Return options.

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return many items to IKEA thanks to the 365-day return policy. The prerequisite is that the products are unused, undamaged and clean. It is not a problem if the packaging has already been opened or the item has already been assembled. The original packaging is not required for the return.
