How can I change the payment method for my green electricity invoice?
You can change your payment method in the Mer – ConnectME app or in your Mer profile under 'Payment Methods'.
Here we’ll guide you to the registration.
Once a new payment method has been added, the old one can be deleted.
Your contractual partner for the charging processes is Mer Germany GmbH, Taunusstraße 23, 80807 Munich.
You can change this either via the app or when loading ad hoc.
