What payment methods and financing options does IKEA offer for business customers?

Here you will find a clear summary of all relevant payment and financing offers for IKEA business customers, from credit card payments to purchase on account and payment card blocking options.

Available payment methods

As a Registered The following payment options are available to business customers:

Digital & traditional payment methods

    • Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
    • PayPal
    • Mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay) varies depending on the mobile phone.
Note: The IKEA Family payment card and the IKEA credit card can be no longer applied for . Instead, you can here Apply for the IKEA Family Credit Card.
You have the option of storing your credit card in your IKEA Business Network profile.

It's that easy:
  1. Prerequisite: The credit card can only be deposited during an active payment transaction. You have to enter your credit card details when making a purchase and then you have the opportunity to store this data in your profile for future purchases by ticking a box.
  2. Log in as IKEA Business Network Member or as a IKEA Family Member a.
  3. Select Credit card as a payment method when you buy something and want to pay online.
  4. Enter your credit card details and check the box Saving the credit card.
  5. Confirm the GTC – done.
The payment will be completed and your card details will be stored securely.

Pay with a saved credit card

For your next purchase:
  1. Log in to your IKEA Business Network Member or as a IKEA Family Member a.
  2. Your saved credit card will appear at the top of the payment options.
  3. Select the card and enter the Security code (CVV) a.
  4. Confirm the payment as usual via 3D Secure.

Manage saved credit cards

You can find your credit cards in your customer account in the tab "Payment methods".
Even if no credit card is saved, the tab is displayed.
  • Credit cards can be only there can be removed.
  • Expired credit cards are automatically deleted and no longer displayed.

Remove a credit card – this is how it works:

  1. Open the tab "Payment methods" and click Edit.
  2. Select the card and click "Delete".
  3. Confirm the deletion – or cancel and return.

Purchase on account for companies

With a IKEA for Business Payment Card you can conveniently buy on account:
  • Payment term: 30 days after the invoice date.
  • Reservation of title: The goods remain the property of IKEA until full payment has been made.
  • Areas of application: Online, by e-mail or on site in the store.
  • The IKEA for business payment card cannot be stored in the profile, it must always be entered during the payment process.
