As an IKEA Family member or member of the IKEA Business Network, how can I view my purchase documents online or retrieve missing invoices or receipts?

If you are an IKEA Family member or an IKEA Business Network member, you can access your purchase documents online by logging into your profile. There are a few different ways to access your purchase documents, whether you're looking for a lost receipt, a copy of your invoice, or information on pro forma invoices.

1. Where can I find my invoice or purchase documents?

 

Online orders:

After placing an order in the online shop, you will receive your invoice by e-mail, usually as an attachment to the order confirmation.

Purchase history in the customer account:

If you buy in your IKEA Family or IKEA for Business/ IKEA Business Network account, you can find all invoices and receipts in your personal purchase history on IKEA.de. Here you can view and print them at any time.
Note: Please understand that receipts cannot be manually selected for you.
 

2. How do I get a copy of the invoice?

Just log in to your IKEA Family or IKEA for Business Profile.
There you will find under "Your Purchases" all invoices and registered receipts.
 

3. How can I have my invoice corrected?

If you notice an error on your invoice, we will be happy to support you.
However, a correction is only possible if if IKEA caused the error.
In the IKEA chat, just give "Invoice Change" to get support.
 

4. Request a pro forma or VAT invoice

You can create a VAT invoice via the IKEA website:
  • Shopping in the store:
    You can use your receipt online into a VAT invoice.
  • Online shopping:
    You will automatically receive the invoice by e-mail after signing the contract.

Important: The tax office only recognizes subsequent invoices together with the original receipt an.
 

5. As an IKEA for Business customer, when will I receive my invoice?

Your bill is yours shortly after purchase in the customer portal – for download and printout.
However, it only becomes available after the delivery or service has been completed.
Alternatively, you can receive them by email.
 

6. What do I do if I have lost my receipt?

If you're an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member and you used your card to make your purchase, you can always find your receipts online:
  1. Log in to your IKEA profile
  2. Under "Your Purchases" search for the corresponding operation
You can find the receipt number below the barcode.
Please note: Receipts cannot be searched for manually afterwards.
