How do I manage my IKEA Family profile?

Everything under control – simple, digital and according to your wishes With your IKEA Family account, you can easily manage your data, settings and purchases yourself. This way you can keep track of everything and make the most of all the benefits.

Update personal information

Keep your profile up to date – it's easy to do it yourself:
  1. Log in to your IKEA Family profile
  2. Select "Edit Profile"
  3. Customize data (e.g., name, address, email)
  4. Save changes
Good to know:
  • Changes possible at any time
  • If something doesn't work: Enter "IKEA Family" in the chat – we'll be happy to help you

Communication & Marketing Settings

You decide how we inform you:
  • Activate or deactivate newsletters, offers and information individually
  • Settings under:
    → "Edit profile"
    → "Settings → communication"
Important:
  • No birthday voucher without a newsletter
  • If you're missing emails, check your spam folder as well

More overview – automatically:
  • Receipts are saved when you use your IKEA Family card

Manage credit cards securely

Save map
  • Select credit card when paying
  • Enter & save card data
  • Confirm T&Cs
Pay with a saved creditcard
  • Log in
  • Select map
  • Enter CVV
  • Confirm payment via 3D Secure
Manage or delete creditcards
  • "Payment Methods" section of your profile
  • Select and edit or remove a map
Good to know:
  • Expired cards are automatically deleted
  • Everything remains clear and under your control

  • Simply download the app, log in – and you're done

Lost your card?

  • No problem – it is stored digitally
  • New online profile can be created at any time

Use by others

  • The map is Personal and non-transferable
  • Anyone can register for free

Your birthday voucher

In order to receive your voucher, please note:

Prerequisites

  • Active IKEA Family membership
  • Newsletter activated
  • Correct profile data

Common reasons why the voucher is missing

  • Newsletter deactivated
  • Email in spam folder
  • Data maintained too late (at least 4 weeks in advance)

Note:

  • Vouchers for children up to their 17th birthday
