Bringing the product to the store
Important:
- Within 30 days
- Bring clean and built up
- Drop-off in the exchange & return area
- Product may not dismantled be
- An evaluation is only possible in a structured manner

- Employees check the condition
- Final price to be determined
- May differ from the online offer
Get a prepaid card
- IKEA prepaid card instead of cash
- Valid for 3 years
- Redeemable online & in stores

Reservation rules
- Max. 5 products can be reserved at the same time
- Same item max. 3× can be reserved one after the other
- Reservation duration:
- 24-48 hours (depending on the store)
- Saturday reservations until Monday closing time
Important notes
- Reservation can be cancelled at any time (link in confirmation email)
- No reservation number? → name is enough on site
- Shop & Go also works in the Second Chance Market
