Everything about freight forwarding delivery - to a room of your choice - at a glance
The delivery method is ideal if you don't want to carry large and bulky items yourself, don't have a suitable vehicle for transport or need planning security through a fixed date. Depending on your location, you can choose between standard delivery and faster express delivery. The shipping company will bring your order directly to your home and place it in a room of your choice.
Costs
The exact price depends on the value of the goods and will be displayed in your shopping cart. In the case of reduced goods and items from the Second Chance Market, the delivery price will be calculated according to the original value of the goods, plus a packaging fee.

In the case of Island delivery by island carrier, we charge a flat surcharge of 220€ per order.
Delivery time and scheduling: With standard delivery, you choose your delivery date (in three days at the earliest) and your 12-hour time window. With express delivery, we deliver on the same or next working day.
Product size and weight: There is no upper limit to this type of delivery – no matter how many, how large or how heavy you order. It's ideal for anything you don't want to move on your own, such as sofas, wardrobes or complete IKEA kitchens.
Delivery address: The only requirements are that your products fit through doors, corridors or stairwells on site and that you make sure that the freight forwarder finds a suitable parking space.
Your effort: Make yourself comfortable and leave the heavy lifting to us. The shipping company will do the carrying for you and place your products in a room of your choice.
