How much does it cost if IKEA picks up my item?
Within your 365-day return period, you can have your item picked up by our freight service for €75. Your furniture must be dismantled when picked up.
Things to consider when returning items:
- After your purchase, you have 365 days to return your products. We will refund the full purchase price.
- The product can be new and unopened or opened and assembled – the important thing is that it is unused and undamaged.
- Please bring your original proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, or invoice), either in paper or digital form.
- You can return the product at any IKEA store, regardless of where in Germany you purchased it.
- Your statutory right of withdrawal as well as your statutory warranty claims remain unaffected by this return policy.
- Please note that returns are unfortunately not possible at IKEA planning studios or pick-up points.
