How much does it cost for IKEA to pick up my goods?
If you don't want to return your furniture yourself, you can request a collection by an IKEA shipping company within the 365-day return policy. The cost of collection is €75 for shipments up to a total weight of 3,000 kg.
Picking up your return through IKEA:
- Pickup can be used for items that fall under the 365-day return policy.
- The collection costs are a flat rate 75 €.
- The furniture must already be available at the time of collection dismantled.
- You can easily pick up the Order online.
What you should consider when making a return:
- After the purchase, you have 365 days time to return your products.
- We will refund you the full purchase price if the return conditions are met.
- The products may have been unpacked or already assembled, but must be unused and undamaged.
- Please have your proof of purchase ready, for example receipt, invoice or delivery note, also digitally.
- You can return your items to any IKEA store in Germany, regardless of where you bought them.
- Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty claims remain unaffected.
- Returns are not possible at IKEA planning studios and pick-up locations.
