Can IKEA pick up my mattress if I want to return it?
For an unused mattress, you can book a paid pickup service. A mattress you’ve already slept on must be returned to the store by yourself.
If the mattress is unused, you can return it like any other product within 365 days with proof of purchase. In this case, you can book a pickup by freight service .
For mattresses, we also offer a 365-night test sleep. If you realize during this period that the mattress isn’t right for you, you can bring it to the store yourself and return it with proof of purchase.
