You can store your unused mattress within 365 days with proof of purchase .
Can IKEA pick up my mattress if I want to return it?
Yes – but it depends on whether your mattress has already been used or not:

- On request, we will pick them up at your home, here you can find the Book pick-up with a freight forwarder.

- Please bring them back to the store yourself.
- As part of our 365-night trial sleep you can return it with proof of purchase if it doesn't suit you.
Picking up and disposing of your old mattress when buying a new one
We also offer to take away and dispose of your old mattress – but only under certain conditions:
- Only in connection with the purchase of a new mattress and Forwarding delivery possible.
- Not available at Parcel deliveries.
- No drop-off at the store possible.
Costs
- 14,00 € per mattress
Important for booking
- The service must be directly when ordering can be booked.
- A subsequent booking is not possibleif you paid with Klarna or Ratepay.
How it works
- Our drivers bring a suitable disposal bag with them.
- You pack your old mattress yourself.
- We then take them with us and take care of the professional disposal.
