Can I return my IKEA mattress?
We want you to find the right mattress. That’s why you can test sleep on a newly purchased IKEA mattress for 365 nights.
We know that you can’t find the right mattress in just 10 minutes. Your body needs about four to six weeks to adjust to a new mattress. That’s why you can take your mattress home and lie and sleep on it until you’re convinced of the quality and truly feel comfortable.
You can exchange your mattress within 365 days of purchase if you change your mind – provided it’s not dirty or damaged. Just bring your mattress along with the proof of purchase to an IKEA store. You can book a return time slot using our scheduling tool - please note that the appointment tool is currently available in German only. We’ll refund the full purchase price on a voucher – and help you find a mattress that suits you better.
