I lost the code for my project. How can I restore it?
For most of our online planning tools, you'll find your specific design code at the bottom of the page.
If you've saved the project to your IKEA Family profile, simply log back in and then go to the planner to find, edit or share it without needing a planning code.
For rooms other than the kitchen
If you haven't saved the project in your personal space, you can only access it by entering the scheduling code in the search bar of the website. Without this code, it is not possible to find the project again.
