How do I order spare parts?
You can find the contact details of the appropriate service partner in the Instruction manual of your device. The service partner supports you in
- finding right spare part,
- checking the the Availability,
- and explaining how the order works.
Tip: Make a note of the Model Number and Serial number of your device. This information is usually on the Nameplate.
