How do I order spare parts for other brands of electrical appliances purchased from IKEA?

To obtain spare parts for an electrical appliance that was not made by IKEA itself please use the Contact details in the user manual. There you will find the responsible service partner.
How do I order spare parts?
You can find the contact details of the appropriate service partner in the Instruction manual of your device. The service partner supports you in
  • finding right spare part,
  • checking the the Availability,
  • and explaining how the order works.
Tip: Make a note of the Model Number and Serial number of your device. This information is usually on the Nameplate.
