What spare parts can I get from IKEA and how much do they cost?
There are three types of spare parts at IKEA: small spare parts, larger spare parts and spare parts for appliances. The prices depend on the spare part you need.
Here we show you how to find the right spare parts and what options you have.
1. Small spare parts
- In the assembly instructions
You can find the spare part number directly in the assembly instructions of the product. If you no longer have the printed manual, you can access it online at any time on the IKEA Website. To do this, search for the product, open the product page and go to Product details → Assembly & documents to download the manual. - In your IKEA Family Purchase history
If your purchase is linked to your IKEA Family account, you can find the spare part number in your purchase history. To do this, log in to your account and open the „Purchases“ section. There you will find the „Order spare parts“ button, which displays all products that have spare parts available, along with their corresponding spare part numbers.
- the product does not contain spare parts,
- the product is sold out or no longer in the range, or
- the order has been cancelled or returned.
Small spare parts are free of charge at IKEA.
2. Larger spare parts
These parts do not have a six‑ to eight‑digit spare part number.
The cost of larger spare parts depends on the specific part you need.
Prices may vary by product. Availability depends on current inventory and may vary over time.
3. Spare parts for IKEA appliances
- ovens, cookers, microwaves, extractor hoods
- refrigerators and freezers
- washing machines and dryers
- dishwasher
- coffee and tea machines
Gaskets for IKEA mixer taps are not sold as spare parts. They must be replaced professionally, and the components usually have a very long service life.
The prices of spare parts for IKEA appliances can vary. You can get reliable information directly from the service partner ASCI Service GmbH. You can find the contact details in the ASCI Online Shop.
4. Spare parts for electrical appliances from other manufacturers
- Refrigeration units: doors, handles, seals, shelves and baskets
- Dishwasher: hinges, spray arms, filters, gaskets and inner baskets
- Washing machines: doors, seals, latches and detergent drawers
The prices of spare parts for appliances from other manufacturers may vary. You will receive reliable price information directly from the authorized service partner of the respective manufacturer. You can find the contact details in the instruction manual of your electrical appliance.
