A minimum order value of €15 applies for all parcel delivery.
Delivery time and scheduling: Your parcel will usually reach you within 3 to 10 working days after being handed over to the transport service partner.
Product size and weight: The service is tailored for lighter products weighing up to 30 kilograms and measuring a maximum of 60x60x120 centimeters.
Delivery address: We deliver to almost any home address within Germany. To make your order eco-friendly, we always deliver your parcel from a warehouse near you.
Your effort: Make yourself comfortable - your products will be delivered directly to your home. You can track the shipment at any time via our online service. If you are not on-site, you will simply receive a message about your new delivery date or a pick-up location near you.
