A minimum order value of 15 EUR applies to all parcel deliveries.
Display in the ordering process: The "Parcel delivery" option and the corresponding price will appear automatically during the ordering process, provided that the weight and dimensions are respected.
Delivery time and scheduling: As a rule, your package will reach you within 3 to 10 working days after handing over to the transport provider.
Product size and weight: The service is designed for lighter products weighing up to 30 kilograms and maximum dimensions of 60 x 60 x 120 centimeters.
Delivery address: We deliver to almost every residential address within Germany. To make your order environmentally friendly, delivery is made from a warehouse near you.
Your effort: Make yourself comfortable, your products will be delivered directly to your home. You can track the shipment at any time via our online service. If you are not on site, you will receive a message with a new delivery date or a pick-up location near you.
