Which ordering option is most suitable?

For the best ordering option, consider the size and type of your order: parcel delivery for smaller items and truck delivery for larger or bulky items. If you prefer to pick up your items yourself, Click & Collect offers you flexibility. For truck deliveries, you can see available time slots, delivery times and costs in the shopping cart.

Consider the size and type of your order:
  • For smaller, lighter items (decoration, textiles or accessories) under 30 kg, parcel delivery is usually selected. This is a cost-effective delivery option.
  • For larger pieces of furniture or bulky orders where you need help transporting them, one of our truck deliveries is the best choice: With curbside delivery, the transport company hands over the products to you at the curbside, and you carry them to your apartment or house yourself. With truck delivery to a room of your choice, our transport company will take care of the carrying completely.
Convenience and timing:
  • Are you flexible in terms of time and can pick up your items yourself? With Click & Collect, this is easy to do at a nearby IKEA store, at a pick-up station or pick-up box.
  • Available time slots for all types of truck deliveries depend on the availability of goods and the capacity utilisation of our transport providers. Available delivery dates will be offered to you during the ordering process and you choose the one that suits you.
Availability of your desired order option: If your favorite ordering option is not offered, it is likely that the products are out of stock, or the capacity for this ordering method is already exhausted at the time of your order. You can simply complete the order later or choose another order option.
