What ordering options does IKEA offer?
At IKEA, we make sure that you get your new furniture and home accessories in the way that best suits your life. We offer deliveries by freight forwarder or parcel, as well as the Click & Collect service to reserve and collect goods on site.
- Truck delivery to a room of your choice: This service is ideal for all your larger orders and perfect if you want support while carrying them. We deliver directly to your delivery address in a room of your choice. On the day of delivery, you have a time window of 7 hours. The shipping company will try to notify you 30 to 60 minutes prior to arrival. We offer both standard delivery and express delivery with greatly reduced delivery times. Service pages.
- Curbside delivery: This delivery option provides fast and cost-effective delivery for medium-sized products delivered to the curbside. You carry the delivered goods yourself to your apartment or house. On the day of delivery, you have a time window of 7 hours. The shipping company will try to notify you 30 to 60 minutes prior to arrival. We offer both standard curbside delivery and express curbside delivery with greatly reduced delivery times. - Parcel delivery: Parcel delivery is made for your handy products such as decorations, accessories or kitchen utensils. We make sure that your order comes to you in an environmentally conscious way and within a short distance from your area. Important: The total weight of your delivery must not exceed 30kg. Your order will be delivered directly to your delivery address. The delivery date is flexible and serves as a guide. With many shipping service providers you can give a deposit authorization, so you remain flexible. You can find current prices and details on our Service pages.
- Click & Collect: With our Click & Collect service, you can conveniently pick up your order at your IKEA store. In some regions of Germany, you can also have your selection delivered to a pick-up station or pick-up box. We will inform you by text message or email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please show your photo ID and order confirmation on site. If someone else gets one for you, that person will also need a Power of attorney from you.
