Where can I find my order number?
There are several ways to locate your order number depending on how you made the purchase. It can be found on your email confirmation, order form or on an invoice.
If you have made an online purchase, look for the confirmation email (it might be in your "junk mail" / "Spam" folder).
If you made an in-store purchase, you can find the order number on the order form you were given to pay at checkout or the invoice.
Are you an IKEA Family member and was your card registered at the time of purchase? Then your purchase is saved in your profile.
