With Click & Collect, you can order online and then conveniently collect your items from an IKEA store, pick-up point or pick-up box. The selection is ideal for reducing delivery costs, avoiding waiting times or when dealing with a challenge at the delivery address.
Costs: The exact costs are calculated based on the value of your goods or the pick-up location. You can find all the latest information online.
Delivery time and scheduling: You select your time slot for collection directly during your order. Collection is usually possible on the same day or within a few days
Product size and weight: With Click & Collect, there are no limits to size and weight. You just need enough space in your own vehicle. Due to stock restrictions, some products may not be available for Click & Collect and can only be delivered by delivery company. You can easily find the delivery methods in your cart.
Delivery address: Best if you live near an IKEA store or pick-up point. You can find your nearest location on our website.
Your effort: We pack your cart for you. All you have to do is take your order to your vehicle and load it. It's best to bring a second person with you to help you with heavy furniture.
