Your Click & Collect experience – this is what you can expect
With Click & Collect, you can order online and then conveniently pick up your items at an IKEA store, at a pick-up station. The selection is ideal for reducing delivery costs, avoiding waiting times or in case of challenges at the delivery address. And you can reserve items and products online and pick them up yourself.
Prices: The minimum order value per order is 15€.

Delivery time and scheduling: You can choose your pick-up time slot directly during your order. As a rule, pick-up is possible on the same day or within a few days.
Product size and weight: With Click & Collect, there are no limits to size and weight. You just need enough space in your own vehicle. Due to storage restrictions, some products may not be available for Click & Collect and can only be delivered by freight forwarder. You can easily find the delivery methods in your shopping cart.
Delivery address: Best if you live near an IKEA store or pick-up point. On our website you can create your Find your nearest location.
Your effort: We'll pack your shopping cart for you. All you have to do is bring your order to your vehicle and load it. It's best to bring a second person with you to help you with heavy furniture.

If you prefer to pick up your items yourself, Click & Collect offers you flexibility. For truck deliveries, you can see available time slots, delivery times and costs in the shopping cart.
