Is my Click & Collect order ready for collection?
Your selected pick-up date and time slot will not be displayed in your order confirmation.
You can easily track the status of your order at IKEA.com/order.
For technical reasons, the status may not change or you may not receive a separate pick-up confirmation.
In these cases, please contact our hotline or chat with us so that we can check when your goods are ready.
We will put your products together on the day of collection shortly before your time slot. Once everything is ready, we will send you a pick-up confirmation email or call you.
