Where can I collect my Click and Collect order?

Shop online and pick up your order at the IKEA store or at one of our pick-up stations on the date of your choice.

We’re glad to see you’re interested in our products! Sometimes, due to high demand, our stores may temporarily reach their capacity for Click & Collect orders. We recommend checking back later or selecting a different store if possible.

It is not possible to change the address or add or cancel individual products.

You are not able to pick up your order on the agreed date? No problem! Do you know that an authorized person can also collect your goods?

If you make a purchase in the online store, you will receive your invoice by e-mail after the contract has been concluded.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we ask you to make sure you keep your collection appointment. If you are unable to do so for important reasons, please pick up your order as soon as possible, but no later than the next day.
