Where is the Click & Collect counter in the store?
It's very simple.
The Click & Collect pick-up counter is not located at the main entrance.
The entrance to each of our IKEA stores is signposted with ‘Click & Collect pick-up counter’ or ‘Goods collection’.
This entrance is also open before store opening hours, as you can book pick-up appointments before opening hours at many IKEA stores.
Shop online and pick up your order at the IKEA store or at one of our pick-up stations on the date of your choice.
