What do I do if I have missed my Click & Collect pick-up appointment?
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we ask you to make sure you keep your collection appointment. If you are unable to do so for important reasons, please pick up your order as soon as possible, but no later than the next day.
We cannot allow a longer period of time and will contact you for further action if you do not collect your order.
