What is the return policy for a custom-made countertop?
Custom-made worktops are specially manufactured according to your individual specifications. Therefore, special return conditions apply to these products.
Custom-made worktops are excluded from return and withdrawal:
- As the worktop is made especially for you, it cannot be returned under the IKEA 365-day return policy.
- The legal right of withdrawal for online purchases also does not apply to custom-made products.
- A return or cancellation due to a change of opinion, a change in planning or a dislike is therefore unfortunately not possible.
Particularly important before ordering:
- Check dimensions, cutouts, material, color and finish carefully before ordering.
- Make sure that all the information is correct, as the countertop will be made exactly according to these specifications.
