What can I expect from a curbside delivery?
Opt for curbside delivery if you prefer fast and cost-effective delivery. It's ideal for medium-sized products that are delivered to the curb, so you can bring them into your home flexibly and conveniently.
Costs: A curbside delivery is cheaper than a truck delivery to a room of your choice. All current prices and information can be found online.
Delivery time and scheduling: For the standard curbside delivery, you choose your delivery date (in three days at the earliest) and a time slot 7:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm. With express curbside delivery, we deliver on the same or next working day.
Product size and weight: There is an upper limit for this type of delivery. The total weight of the order must not exceed 100 kg. A maximum package length of 200 cm and a maximum package weight of 31.5 kg apply.
Delivery address: Delivery is made to the curbside or as close to your address as the driveway allows.
Your effort: You carry your goods into your apartment or house yourself. Our delivery company does not bring the goods into the room.
