You will receive an access link and participate via PC, tablet or smartphone. Our experts share their screen and develop your planning live – no camera required.
How does an appointment at the IKEA store work?
Report to the appropriate department at the agreed time. Our experts will pick you up, present the planning and show you materials and solutions directly on site.
How long does the planning take?

What budget should I plan for (B2C)?
For a complete room planning including furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories, we recommend – depending on the size of the room – a total furnishing budget of approx. 500 €.

How much lead time should I allow for the interior design service for Home?
The lead time before implementation depends on the size of your project.
Private and corporate clients
Interior Design Service:
We usually recommend booking an appointment no longer than 3 months before implementation. For large orders (several company rooms, floors, etc.), a period of up to 12 months before implementation has proven to be useful. This allows us to guarantee an up-to-date product range and a smooth process. If you would like to use our lighting concepts as the basis for the electrical installation, please contact us around 6 weeks before the cables are laid so that we can finalize your entire planning in good time.

Depending on your interior design problem, you can book with us at any time to help you make decisions.
Save & find planning
With a personal profile, you can save your plans and wish lists and access them at any time. Your planning will be stored on IKEA servers and can also be accessed internationally – please note that assortments may vary depending on the country.
