How does an online appointment work?
You will receive an access link and can easily participate in the appointment via your PC, tablet or smartphone.
During the appointment, your planning expert shares the screen and develops your planning together with you in real time. You don't need your own camera for this. This allows you to view the suggestions directly, ask questions and discuss your wishes.
What do you have to consider when planning a video?
After you have booked your desired appointment, you will receive a link to your video call with a planning expert by e-mail. You can participate directly in the meeting on the agreed date via this link.
Technical requirements
For smooth video planning, please consider the following points:
- If you have a iPhone or iPad, use the video meeting Safari-Browser.
- On other devices, you can Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari oder Opera.
- Make sure that your Microphone, your Camera and if applicable, your Headset are connected correctly.
- Check your device and browser settings to make sure you've granted the required microphone and camera permissions.
- When you join the video scheduler, you'll be asked to allow access to the microphone and camera.
Troubleshooting

- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- If possible, use reliable Wi-Fi with good reception.
