Material
What is cotton?
Cotton is a practical and hardwearing natural material. It comes from the seed capsule of the cotton plant, which forms small wads when it blooms. Cotton rugs are easy to care for, because you can wash them in an ordinary washing machine and they can stand high temperatures. Cotton is heavy when wet, so it's important to check that your machine has enough weight capacity. It's also good to know that cotton may shrink, so you may have to stretch the rug a bit after you've washed it.
Function solution
Be a bolder softie
Who said that cushions have to be square, rugs discreet and bedding colour-matched? With this textile collection, we played with the rules to give you better function, more colour and greater diversity. A bright-yellow tiger rug that brings life to a grey and dull student room. A room dividing curtain, a pillow that quickly turns into an extra blanket when friends sleep over – however you use these textiles, you can count on them to add joy and softness to your life at home.
