How to get it

A clean design that’s just as beautiful on all sides – place it freestanding in the room or against a wall with cables neatly hidden inside. Use with other MALM products in the series for a unified look.

You can collect cables and extension leads on the shelf under the table top, so they’re hidden but still close at hand.

Can be placed in the middle of a room because the back is finished.

You can mount the storage unit to the right or left, according to your space or preference.

  • Combines with other furniture in the MALM series.

    May be completed with SUMMERA drawer insert with 6 compartments to create order in the drawer.

    Care

    Wipe clean with a cloth dampened in a mild cleaner.

    Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

    For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly and when necessary.

  • Maximum evenly distributed weight is 50 kg. Do not place concentrated weight exceeding 15 kg on a small surface on the desk.This desk has been tested for domestic use and meets the requirements for durability and stability set forth in the following standards: EN 12521 and EN 1730.

Material

What is constructed board?

We use constructed boards when manufacturing many of our pieces of furniture, such as tables and wardrobes. They are light yet still stable and strong. Each board has a frame made of chipboard, fibreboard or solid wood, while the inside is a honeycomb filling structure made of mostly recycled paper, which is extra durable thanks to its special construction. The board is then covered with a protective paint, foil or veneer depending on the style wanted.

Bedroom with quality and choice

With the MALM bedroom series you can furnish your entire bedroom in the same, matching style if you want. Comes in several veneers and colours. The series includes bed frames, dressing tables, desks and many different chests of drawers. If you want a special place for make-up and jewellery, you can choose a chest of drawers with a fold-up mirror and jewellery drawer. Matching wardrobes are available in the PAX series.
