Oops! Having a problem?
Don't worry, things don't always go to plan. As an IKEA Family member, you're in good hands.
If an item has been damaged in transit or during installation, you can exchange it in our shops within 14 days of purchase.
The only condition is that you must have used your IKEA Family card when you purchased your item. If the entire item has been damaged, it will be replaced. If you have damaged part of the item, we will offer you a replacement part. Don't forget to bring your damaged items (or parts of them) back to the shop.
