Tips for summer drinks
Summer temperatures call for summer drinks! Something different for everyone, a nice glass, a chilled drink, lots of ice and some fruit garnishes, and the balmy evenings are off to a good start!
Hugo mocktail • Virgin rhubarb mojito • Besame mocktail • Vossenbessen grapefruit lemonade

HUGO MOCKTAIL
Mix the following ingredients for this Hugo mocktail:
- 30 ml DRYCK FLÄDER Elderflower Lemonade Syrup
- 120 ml ginger lemonad
- 30 ml sparkling water
- 1 slice of lime
- Sprigs of mint
- Ice cube
Take a large glass and pour in the DRYCK FLÄDER Elderflower Lemonade Syrup. Add the ginger lemonade and sparkling water and stir briefly. Add a few sprigs of mint and a slice of lime. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
VIRGIN RHUBARB MOJITO
Mix the following ingredients for this Virgin Rhubarb Mojito:
- 60 ml DRYCK RABARBER
- Rhubarb Lemonade Syrup
- 30 ml sparkling water
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- A little lime zest
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Ice cubes
Wash the limes thoroughly and grate some of the zest. Put some of the zest, the mint, a pinch of nutmeg, and some lime juice in a mortar and grind it finely. The mint leaves should be crushed well so that they release their flavor. Add the sparkling water DRYCK RABARBER Limonadesiroop rabarber and some ice cubes, then stir gently. Garnish the cocktail with some mint and a thin stick of rhubarb.
BESAME MOCKTAIL
Mix the following ingredients for this BESAME mocktail:
- 30 ml DRYCK BLÅBÄR
- Blueberry Lemonade Syrup
- 15 ml lime juice
- 45 ml sparkling water
- Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries for garnish
First, start by putting the red fruits in a blender. Add 30 ml DRYCK BLÅBÄR Lemonade Syrup to the blender. Blend everything well. You can add white lemonade or sparkling water immediately or later in the glass. Pour into several glasses with ice. Stir well with a bar spoon so that it mixes well in the glass. Garnish with red fruit in or on the glass.

LINGONBERRY-GRAPEFRUIT LE MONADE
For a lingonberry grapefruit lemonade:
- 40 ml DRYCK LINGON lingonberry syrup
- 80 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 80 ml sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Mix the DRYCK LINGON lingonberry syrup with the fresh grapefruit juice in a glass. Add the ice cubes and sparkling water.
Tip
Do you have a lot of glasses to fill? Then make your mocktail in a jug (1 liter) or barrel with a tap (5 liters). You can easily do this by multiplying our recipes. Approximately 5 times a glass/recipe for the jug, and 25 times for the barrel*.
