IKEA Lost and Found
Did you lose something in one of our stores? All lost items we find are placed on the iLost website. You can click on the button below, to see if your item has been found.

Did we find your lost item?
If the item is in the list, we will still need to make sure that the item belongs to you. Please provide us as much detailed information as possible, so we can check if the found item is yours.
After that, you can collect it from the customer service desk at the store where you lost it. The customer service desk is by the exit in all of our stores.
We collect the found items and place them on the website before 16h00 the next working day. If you can’t find your item after 3 working days, then, unfortunately, we have not found it.
All credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, etc) that we find are destroyed within 24 hours, to be compliant to the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
You can also go to the store where you lost your item without consulting iLost.
