2. Manufacturer number
See your proof of purchase to check when you purchased the appliance and whether the warranty is still valid. Read the warranty conditions carefully to ensure your particular defect is covered by the warranty. For more details about warranties, go here. Be sure to keep your proof of purchase on hand when you contact us.
The after-sales service of our kitchen appliances is provided by our partners. It is therefore important that you can provide the exact article number (A), manufacturer number (B) and serial number (C) of your appliance. Look for these numbers on your appliance to determine which partner you should contact.

- Espresso machines: Behind the water tank.
- Gas stoves: On the back..
- Hobs: On the bottom.
- Extractor hoods: Behind the filter.
- Fridges & freezers: On the inside of the frame.
- Ovens: On the right side.
- Warming drawers: right on the open drawer.
- Washing machines: On the inside of the door.
- Cooling boxes: Inside the lid.
- Microwave ovens: On the left side.

Now you’re ready to contact us. Contact the manufacturer corresponding to the manufacturer number (B) on your electrical appliance. Our partner will dispatch a technician as quickly as possible if your appliance is defective.
