Wherever you want, you can use the app to:

- Buy products and have them delivered
- Making a favourites list.
- Decorate your own room with IKEA Kreativ
- Check stock in a shop and, if a product should be out of stock, have a notification sent to you when something comes back in stock.
- Shop information to be found.
- Looking up your cash parcels and preparing an express return if necessary.
In-store, the app will additionally help you:
- Products can be scanned immediately when you put them in your trolley, allowing you to checkout immediately at the special Scan&Go checkout without waiting!
- Discover more product information when you scan the QR codes
- Self-order a product from our locked warehouse immediately for collection after checkout.
- Scan your IKEA Family card immediately at the checkout.
