How do I collect points with IKEA Family?

Scan your card or log in while shopping or interacting with IKEA — online, in-store, or in the app — to earn points automatically.

Where and how do I earn points?

It’s super simple: just scan your IKEA Family QR code in-store or log into your account when you shop or interact with us.

You earn points through:

Shopping

  • In-store, online, or by phone
  • 1 point for every €5 spent
    • €5–9.99 = 1 point
    • €10–14.99 = 2 points
    • and so on

Interacting with IKEA

  • Create your IKEA Family profile: 5 points (once only)
  • Log in to your profile: 1 point (once per week)
  • Create a wish list: 2 points (1x/week)
  • Save a plan using a planning tool: 5 points (1x/week)
  • Attend an IKEA Family event: 20 points (1x/week)
  • Book & attend a planning appointment: 25 points (1x/week)
Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for points to be awarded.
