How do I collect points with IKEA Family?
Scan your card or log in while shopping or interacting with IKEA — online, in-store, or in the app — to earn points automatically.
Where and how do I earn points?
It’s super simple: just scan your IKEA Family QR code in-store or log into your account when you shop or interact with us.
You earn points through:
Shopping
- In-store, online, or by phone
- 1 point for every €5 spent
- €5–9.99 = 1 point
- €10–14.99 = 2 points
- and so on
Interacting with IKEA
- Create your IKEA Family profile: 5 points (once only)
- Log in to your profile: 1 point (once per week)
- Create a wish list: 2 points (1x/week)
- Create a gift list: 2 points (1x/week)
- Share a gift list: 2 points (1x/week)
- Save a plan using a planning tool: 5 points (1x/week)
- Attend an IKEA Family event: 20 points (1x/week)
- Book & attend a planning appointment: 25 points (1x/week)
Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for points to be awarded.
Tip: You can always check your points balance in the app or on IKEA.be!
