Delivery to the room of your choice allows you to receive your items directly inside your home, in the room you want. Ideal for heavy or bulky items, this option includes transport and placement by the driver. Prices start at €110, with a delay of 1 to 5 days and a time slot of 6 hours communicated before delivery. Available in Belgium online and in stores.

  1. Comfortable: to avoid carrying heavy or bulky items.
    Some items, such as sofas, cabinets or appliances, are difficult to handle alone. Delivery to the room of your choice saves you any physical effort: the driver takes care of the transport and movement of the packages to your accommodation. Transporting heavy packages up stairs or narrow corridors is risky. By choosing this service, you limit the risk of injury and avoid damaging your walls, floors or stairs.
  2. Convenient: to receive your items directly at the intended location.
    Your items are delivered to the room where you want to install them, on the ground floor or upstairs. You don't have to move packages after delivery, which makes it easier to set up and saves you time. Delivery to the room of your choice includes transportation, access to your home, and placement of items. The service is provided by professionals who are used to logistical constraints (stairs, narrow accesses, weight of packages).

    Everything is taken care of by the driver, from unloading to placement in the chosen room. You don't need to plan for help or reorganize your day around handling.

    Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address: up to 125 kg (max. 26 kg per package) the price is €110, up to 200 kg €130, with an additional €25 for each additional 200 kg, and a fixed price of €255 for orders exceeding 1,000 kg.
  5. For a supervised and secure service.
    Delivery is made within an estimated 1-5 business days. When paying, you choose the date that suits you. Once the delivery is confirmed, you will receive a 6-hour time slot as well as an online tracking link. The presence of an adult is mandatory, a signature being required upon receipt.
  6. Access and delivery conditions
    A parking space of at least 15 m in front of the home (about three cars) is required. Delivery by stairs is possible up to the 3rd floor for a maximum weight of 500 kg, and from the 4th to the 6th floor up to 250 kg. Beyond the 6th floor or if weight limits are exceeded, an outdoor lift is required (€200 surcharge), which can be booked via IKEA Customer Service. In the case of an accessible and sufficiently large indoor lift, no weight limit applies. It is important to check in advance that doors, corridors, stairs and elevators allow the passage of packages; The exact dimensions are indicated on each product page.
