How much does the IKEA collection service for returns cost?
If you want to return an item but are unable to transport it yourself, IKEA offers a paid collection service.
1. COLLECTION COST
The collection service costs €49. The fee is taken into account when the returned item is refunded and is deducted from the refund amount.
2. REQUIREMENT FOR COLLECTION
The item you want to return must be disassembled before collection.
